Sprint is the most horrible company I have ever done business with, contact me (jerryberg@gmail.com) if you want my story on what they did to me. I ultimatly won and got my contract cancelled without penalty but I had to involve the better business beauru and the Federal Trade Commision. You should do the same!

It really is. I still can't believe they refused to give me the price they clearly quoted in their advertisements as well as their legalize just because they decided that palm devices were kinda like windows ME devices.

I think the key is just they make their money by assuming you won't bitch enough but sooner or later this will backfire with everyone just leaving and refusing to come back.
